Scouts - Blue and Gold Banquet

Here is Adam, in desperate need of a haircut but nonetheless looking pretty cool in his uniform. We're working on him tucking the shirt in. He is at the Blue and Gold banquet. It's the ceremony were cub scouts move on to Boy Scouts.







There was a cake auction and this is what we came up with. It was a collaboration of me, my good neighbor Maggie and Abbas. Abbas said it brought in the most money!

Monster Truck Show February 2012-Scouting Event


So all the hassle and fretting about the noise and smell was for no good. You both loved every minute of the show and especially the motorcycle jumping. I hope this isn't a sign of any future career for either of you. My heart couldn't take it!!

Halloween 2011

To celebrate the mischievous stage 5 and 6 year old boys go through, being Thing 1 and Thing 2 was in order.

You were the hit of the school party and everyone loved your costumes when we went trick or treating. The night ended with you both dragging your bags of candy into the house and going to bed. Mom has learned that mischievous boys can be mellow with enough physical activity.
